He was very nice, respectful, extremely professional and accommodating, high quality craftsmanship. THE BEST I’ve found in Bedford Stuyvesant (11233 zip) he responded and arrived within 5 minutes the job was finished in less than a half hour. He was extremely meticulous in his precision for his work and cleanliness, even bagged up all the old hardware in their own separate bags next to their respective doors- HE WAS VERY CLEAN! That is rare I’ve been through the ringer regarding all other types of work including locksmiths, I can say this service is far superior to all others I’ve tried!
