(April 12, 2023, 9:12 am)This dealership always lives up to the warranty. I never feel like I'm being scammed or they're trying for a money grab. Even though loaners are important to me if I'm going to leave my car at the dealership getting work done for more than 3 days. I understand with pandemic the policy has changed on loaners but hopefully circumstances can be considered.

(December 23, 2022, 10:30 am)Got in my car on the 22nd only to find out that my right passenger tire air pressure was very low. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. I called service right away and James said that if I still had enough pressure to drive the car to bring it in right away. After checking the tire, he told me that I needed a new one because the screw was to close to the sidewall. There was a tire in stock and my car car was fixed and back on the road within an hour. James was very considerate and professional throughout the entire transaction. I am very pleased with the dealership and service department and would recommend Bellavia to my friends and family. Thank you James for getting me back on my way as quickly and efficiently as possible.

(December 1, 2022, 9:52 am)The waiting time wasn't bad as they told me it would be about an hour and a half and it ended up closer to 2 hours, but I understand that things rarely go as planned. They informed me of a crack in my dashboard which I wasn't aware of and I thanked them for that. The coffee machine was good and there is plenty of reading material and 2 TVs to watch and I noticed a playroom for little kids with toys in it. The staff was courteous and overall the experience was great!
