Aside from going into the store to have my frames adjusted from time to time (they never charged me)…this was the 1st time we went to purchase frames and have our lenses updated. Everyone was so nice. Steve was exceptionally patient & helpful. We had our toddlers with us so you can just imagine the chaos but the staff tried to keep them occupied while we were getting fitted and in the end it all worked out. They are convenient & close to home and may use their eye Dr for our next eye exam.
I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. It is no longer “I’ll be seeing you” so most of the bad ratings are from when they were under that management. I would give it a higher rating if I could…

Although I did not physically go to the office of I’ll Be Seeing You Optical, I did my order via social media and received the best customer service. I’m a new customer and will definitely be ordering again!
I was looking for a new pair of glasses frames and with quick responses, several pictures of different glasses, and easy payment options I receive my order within two days of sending a payment (such a fast and easy process, I love my new glasses!).
