The staff was extremely hospitable. I was seen pretty swiftly when I went. My symptoms were explained to me in such great detail, and with care. I used to go to City MD but to have such a wonderful urgent care in the community is what we need.

The wait time was very short because we scheduled our appointment ahead of time online. The staff was polite, pleasant and efficient. The doctor was so nice to us and informative about symptoms and follow up care.

I would definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care to any family with children.

The receptionist was delightful. The MA was caring and took tender care of my little one. The PA was knowledgeable and personable as well as succinct from start to finish of the visit. Add that to the warm goodbye from all of the staff as we exited. Our visit was superb!

This Urgent Care is by far the best I have ever been to. They are caring, professional, friendly and very proficient. I love their service and my family is always treated with the best service. It's our first go-to urgent health facilty. Thank you to the doctors and staff for their great work and care.

One of the best urgent care in Canarsie Brooklyn. The staff are great and willing to help at all times. The doctors takes their time to listen and answer all of your questions. I love ❤️ this place
